Welcome to Zingasuite. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the software, products, services, and websites provided by KKE Soteco Pvt. Ltd. (“Zingasuite”, “we”, “us”, “our”) including zingasuite.com and admin.zingasuite.com (the “Platform”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Use of the Platform

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Each account is associated with a business entity or individual. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Pricing is listed at zingasuite.com/pricing.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, logos, designs, and marks are the exclusive property of KKE Soteco Pvt. Ltd. You may not use our branding without permission. You retain rights over the data you input or store in your account.

6. Client Content and Conduct

As a client, you are responsible for the content you upload or create using Zingasuite. You must ensure that:

• You have appropriate rights and consents to process end-user data.
• You do not infringe third-party IP rights.
• You comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may occasionally require downtime, which will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from your admin panel or by emailing us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or violate applicable law.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 180 days before deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zingasuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zingasuite and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review them regularly.
